Welcome to Off-Topic Sunday, a tag that I'm using to post whatever is floating in my head that I want to chat about. For the most part, they'll be book-related but you may occasionally see some non-book-related posts/rants as well.

My Ratings System

5 - An amazing read. Definitely part of my favourites pile

4.5 - Really good book. A couple of faults away from perfection.

4 - A very good solid read. Just didn't have the wow factor to make it a favourite.

3.5 - A really good novel. I'd probably recommend it if you're very into that particular genre.

3 - It's okay. Didn't love it but didn't hate it either. Try it at your own peril.

2.5 - Ugh, this book possibly had some potential but nope, didn't like it.

2 - Didn't like it at all. Period.

1.5 - Absolutely hated it but can see one or two redeeming qualities.

1 - What is this? I can't believe I wasted my time on this.
